Concept

It all starts with an idea. Our designer draws up the concept and plans all the specifications. The customer then gives an O.K. to the drawing.

Wax Model

Our wax carver takes the drawing and renders the design in a wax model which the customer can see and approve.

Cast

The wax model is sent off for casting which melts the wax away and gives an unfinished metal copy.

Finish & Set

We then set all the stones and clean and polish the piece to a perfect finish in our shop. Another one-of-a-kind piece has been created!
